The location was perfect, near to the lakefront, Menaggio, Tremezzo, and other local villages. Easily accessible to the local supermarket. - Big and quiet units with amazing views. - the terrace had a beautiful view. - Staff were responsive. - the presence of a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges were a plus.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a good area, so close to Menaggio, Tremezzo or one of the other local villages and the local super-market. The room was clean, featured a microwave, air conditioning, and an individual safe.

Surrounded by beautiful mountains and lake, with botanical gardens nearby. Enjoyed recreational activities like pool, spa, and sauna. Helpful staff. Fascinating holiday destination.

Who needs express check-in and check-out? Not me, I prefer to wait forever.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from my room was fine, and the swimming pool offered the same amazing scenery. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were friendly and prompt in their communication, making me feel well taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated on top of almost everything and within walking distance to local shops and the lake front. the hotel had parking facilities, convenient for me.

Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Como.

Their tips on getting around and assistance with checking in, including WhatsApp communication, were invaluable. The view of the lake and surroundings from the accommodation were fine. I highly recommend this hotel.

A 5-minute walk from the residence is a charming little ice cream shop called Scoop Ahoy. My children absolutely loved indulging in the delicious gelato flavors and the shop's friendly atmosphere. It was the perfect treat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff were always welcoming and made sure to accommodate all of our preferences. It quickly became our favorite spot during our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the residence had a small playground or play area for the kids.

Our room at Residence Celeste had a lovely terrace with stunning views of the lake. It felt like our own private paradise, perfect for sipping morning coffee and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. As relaxed guests, we absolutely loved this feature!

The only thing we didn't quite enjoy was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit small for our liking, but hey, that's just our personal opinion.
